It depends: It depends on what you need an interpretation of.  Most general practitioners are capable of assessing history, physical and electrocardiograms.  Cardiologists are more adept at interpreting advanced cardiac tests such as stress testing and echocardiograms.

Now, some lists are only online, and no longer printed. County medical societies (or other local medical societies), hospitals, and insurance companies usually list medical doctors by name, specialty, and location. Look for Cardiology or Electrophysiology.

That's elevated .: your upper( Systolic) BP should be between 110-130, the lower (diastolic) between 75-85. Of course BP may always fluctuate a little. But 160/95  needs to be treated with medication and change of life style.
