Something else: Nocturnal HTN or failure to have a "nocturnal dip" in BP signifies that BP elevation is due to something other than just garden variety essential htn.  Such findings should prompt a search for the usual suspects - alcohol or drug use, renal artery stenosis, hyperaldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, obstructive sleep apnea, etc.

Possible for MRI : Would miss it. Sarcoidosis is a strange illness that can affect the heart and lungs. Most common us congestive heart failure but atrial fibrillation is also a complication and could be felt as palpitations and would not show up on the mri. Has your doctor checked for this with an event recorder or holter? Just a thought. MRI looks for structural things.  I'm thinking more electrical.

Discuss with Doctor: Pulmonary sarcoidosis stage 3 is a descriptive term of the x-ray of your lungs-they have bilateral pulmonary infiltrates.  This may indicate chronic or progressive disease or both.  You should also have pulmonary function tests to evaluate your lung function.  You should discuss all of this in light of your clinical history and course with your doctor.  This discussion witll give you a prognosis.

Probably yes: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease with unknown cause some of time the lungs are affected negatively a lung specialist would evaluate you and determine the extent of your lung involvement. Also, in some rare cases there can be heart involvement-perhaps irregular heart beats.A cardiologist would need to evaluate you in that case if you are affected by aches, pains and given the o-k--exercise helps.

: Sarcoidosis is a disorder that typically involves lymph nodes in the chest and sometimes the lungs as well. Teenagers can have it. It is typically diagnosed by biopsy showing the collection of abnormal cells, called granulomas. It can affect other tissues as well but the chest lymph nodes and lungs are the most commonly affected. There is treatment but not every case requires treatment. Good luck!
