Not likely: What you described is not compatible with pregnancy. To be sure, you may do a home pregnancy test.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: These are independent of whether or not you have a uti.  However, since the bladder sits right on top of the uterus, things going on with the uterus like your period or a pregnancy may give you symptoms much the same as a uti.  You should be checked and have a culture done.

Yes.: Bleeding like a period in early pregnancy may occur due to several different causes.  These include an abnormal pregnancy (threatened miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy), implantation bleeding with a normal pregnancy, bleeding from the vagina, cervix or uterus due to causes not directly related to pregnancy, or even due to a false positive pregnancy test with a normal period.
