No but: You can have bleeding during pregnancy. It is not your period, but rather, bleeding related to the pregnancy. While this is of low concern in most cases, any bleeding during pregnancy should be checked with your OB provider.

No: Bleeding during pregnancy is commonly mistaken for a period. But when it happens it is called threatened miscarrage. A simple preg test clears this question up quickly.
