i have a bump between my sholderblades and the bottom of my neck. it hurts real bad to touch it. my whole body cant do this any more.

Lump: May be a sebaceous cyst that is infected.  Go see a doctor an exam.

i feel choked but nothing is near my neck to the point i cant breatheand i get lightheaded where i nearly passout, what causes this? should i be scare

Go see your doctor: It's hard to say exactly what is causing this without fully examining you and having a full discussion about it, but I worry about some kind of obstruction in your trachea or even a food allergy or something to cause swelling of your breathing tube and make it difficult to breathe, and eventually lightheaded. You should definitely see your doctor about this as soon as you can.

i keep on moving my neck for no reason, i don't know why, but i cant control it. i don't know why it happen to me everytime especially when im not doing any thing. its really irritating because i cant help it?

27, m, filipino. i realized i gained fat under my chin and neck to the point that i cant see my jawline anymore and chin at times. it's soft and doesnt hurt when i touch my neck fat, im just worried that it's something other than fat, should i?

: This is a problem best addressed by an in person Dr. They can do a full exam and determine if there is any cause for concern. Frequently, fat deposit accumulation in the neck can be addressed by a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon.

: Most likely benign lipoma or sebaceous cyst, but without direct visualization or palpation, impossible to be fully correct.  If becomes red, hot, tender, inflamed, or swollen, seek help from your doctor.

See a dermatologist: The child will benefit from diagnosis and prescription. Meanwhile you can try OTC hydrocortisone cream. Stop calamine.

Wait for test: There are many causes for radiculopathy.  The MRI should help clarify the cause. At that point make a decision. Also if the work type you are involved with is causing or increasing pain and symptoms then I would stop

Start with PCP: A more specific diagnosis should be considered before you go to a physical therapist.  You'll like need a referral anyway from you pcp, so see the doc first.

Swollen Nodes: if they are swollen to the extent you can't move your next this requires an evaluation. There may be an infection in the area they drain, they may be infected or some other process may be be occurring. Rather than guess get them examined, which will guide the subsequent treatment.
