Your question is?: It's not clear if you need more education about your condition or you need more treatment options. You can probably get basic knowledge about myelitis from wikipedia. But treatment recommendations require specifics of your condition. So you need to see a neurologist and a gastroenterologist.

With burns,: time to healing depends on how deep the burn is. In general, a burn that heals in less than three weeks does not need surgery. Third degree (fullthickness) burns heal by contraction only and usually need skin grafting. Partial thickness (2nd degree ) burns cover a wide spectrum from just into the dermis all the way to nearly full thickness. Their depth will determine how and if they will heal.

question about paragard/copper iud basically i am thinking about using a peroxide douche to help eliminate a bacterial vaginal infection. yes i know i am not supposed to douche...my question is, can peroxide corrode my copper iud? cannot find the answer

I : I am fairly confident that peroxide will not corrode your copper iud, although i can not say this with 100% certainty. However I have to highly recommend you not use a peroxide douche. This can affect the natural vaginal flora and cause even more infections to occur. How do you know you have a bacterial vaginal infection? Did you go to your doctor for testing and diagnosis. If not i hightly recommend that you do. Often times women think that are dealing wwith one type of infection and it ends up being something else. Instead of blindly treating yourself, please allow a doctor to guide you in the appropriate treatment.

Seems to me: You have two options. 1). Go get a second opinion. Your doctor is not the only good doctor around. 2) learn to live with it.  Develop some coping strategies if this turns into a long term condition.

Reasons 4 distract'n: Many things in life r distracting. Not all of them r adhd. Anxiety, depression, family problems, trying to do more than is humanly possible, all can cause loss of focus. We are told we shd be able to "multitask, " but we can't. The term comes from computers, ; they can't without more than 1 processor. We only get 1 processor. Get an evaluation w/ a therapist who is not already convinced it's ad.
