Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Seek help: Find a substance abuse counselor or addiction psychiatrist. Enrolling in a partial hospitalization program or intensive out patient program ( iop) would be preferable. If there are other substances involved, like cocaine, opioid meds. "benzos" like xanax (alprazolam) or alcohol consider a residential treatment facility. Find a treatment program and stick with it for as long as advised.

Cannabis -: not sure what you want to know exactly. In general risks outweigh benefits (which are for very specific conditions). It causes Amotivation syndrome, cognitive impairment in the long run, and can present as depression, mania, and or psychosis in the short term
