Depends: Vegetable fibre is definitely a normal part of stool. Yeast like cells could also be seen in normal stool, but if there are an excessive number, they may represent part of your problem.

Yeast infection: Yes, a yeast infection in your intestinal tract can cause all of those symptoms.    Yeast loves sugars and carbs and produce gas when they consume them.      Any chronic sinus infection is suspect for having yeast or a fungus as a component.     See a doctor if you want an evaluation and treatment.  In the meantime, cut your carbs drastically to stop feeding the yeast.

Not necessarily: Causes of recurrent abdominal discomfort as described may be identified by first addressing accompanying signs/symptoms so as to localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Age? Gender? Risks?

Not normally a: Symptom of a vaginal yeast infection. Symptoms of a yeast infection may include: burning, redness & itching of the vulva; burning with urination & vaginal intercourse & a clumpy, white, vaginal discharge with no odor. Sometimes the discharge isn’t apparent.

Not likely: Vaginal yeast causes genital irritation and itching and sometimes a little thick, cheesy discharge. But not abdominal or back pain. If you're having more vaginal discharge, vaginal odor, or colored discharge, I would be worried about an STD that might have progressed to fallopian tube infection (pelvic inflammatory disease, PID). See a doctor soon -- do it immediately if pain severe or any fever.

"Fire in the hole": Obviously the gyn md needs to do a more thorough examination to determine why the burning is occurring. Eliminate harmful body washes, anti-bacterial soaps and scented pads or colored toilet paper. If there is still "fire in the hole" then additional testing can be done by the md.

Don't know: I don't know if it is a yeast infection or not without an examination. If you are unsure, then see a MD who can give you an accurate answer before trying a over the counter (OTC) Yeast  Rx that may or may not work.

Groin rash: Yeast infections in the groin region are usually due to friction and moisture. Diabetes is also a cause.. Anityeast cream should clear it again. Avoid tight fitting underwear, wear white cottons and avoid tight fitting jeans.

First find out if: you are pregnant. Then use monistat for yeast infection. People who have had their tubes tied still get pregnant,although rare.
