Vaginal infections: Ureaplasma is a normal bacteria in the genital tract, not likely the cause of any symptoms you have. Vaginal yeast infections (Candida) usually are easily treated in both pregnant and nonpregnant women. Discuss with your obstetrician.

Fungal infection : You can try using Nizoral (ketoconazole) which is used for fungal infections of scalp but i doubt that it will work. I believe for best results you will need to take oral medication but ideally you should see a dermatologist for help.

No antigen: A titer of less than 2 indicates that circulating
Candida antigen is not present or that Candida species
are present as a commensal only. A negative
reaction does not exclude the
possibility of systemic Candida infection, because in
immunocompetent patients the antigen may be
present as part of an immuno-complex which does
not react in this test system.

No: I think there is a lot of misunderstanding here. There are many health practioners that feel that candida causes a lot of health ailments and feel that there should be wide spread testing of stool etc. Unless you are having significant symptoms you shouldn't need to "test" for this. If you have widespread candida in your symptom that points to more of an underlying immune problem perhaps?

Not always: Urine testing is a good means by which infections and some stds such as chlamydia and gonorrhea can be detected however a lot of other infections and stds are also missed this way. You will need to be seen by a gynecologist for a pelvic exam and more detail testing to detect all infections. Herpes may present with blisters and burning as well.

Oral bacteria: These organisms are very common and exist in most mouths. They do not cause disease.
So yes you will exchange these organisms but don’t worry about this.

Get the right advice: For someone who has a symptom of brain fog, I recommend they meet with a psychiatrist and undergo cognitive testing.  Vitamin B12 deficiency may cause this symptom, hopefully your level is normal, as you use supplements.  Testing for stool fungi and IGG for Candida is not likely to help explain the cause of your symptoms.

Try not to do self-diagnosis- it often leads to errors.

More info needed: Pseudomonas and Candida often appear when normal bacteria are suppressed by antibiotics. Have you been taking antibiotics, maybe for your stuffy nose and cough? Or have you been hospitalized recently? If you are otherwise healthy, chest xray normal (no pneumonia), and you don't have severe bronchitis, probably these results can be ignored. Discuss with your doctor or infectious disease specialist.

Possibly: There may be a genetic factor that is interfering with your immunity, but it is much more likely that you have diabetes which is a common predisposing factor to candida infection.
