i have non-cancerous moles on face, and i want to remove. 
which procedure won't leave scars:
cryogenic mole removal or radio-frequency mole removal?

Plastic Surgeon: They all can produce a scar.  You want to remove the mole in its entirety to make sure the entire lesion is benign. Get a plastic surgeon to do it if you want to minimize potential scaring. Best wishes.

i have moles on my head and keep getting more. one is white with a brown ring around it . i also have one that's white with pink around it. cancer?

Not Likely: Probably benign spots but you should see a dermatologist.

4mm mole on face since birth. recently grew fuller, oozed/popped with little touch, bled like crazy, & shrunk. is there a chance this isn't cancerous?

This could be seriou: You should go see a doctor. A dermatologist would be the best  doctor to see. Any mole that bleeds like this could be a melanoma. A biopsy may be required to confirm it for final diagnosis and treatment. I would not delay it more than 1 or 2 weeks to get an appointment.

Probably not: Have your doctor refer you to a dermatologist who can more aggresively remove the lesion.

Probably fine: If it doesn't have melanoma features, it's probably not cancer. Most new moles are harmless.

Dermatologist: Dermatologists are specialists on all skin conditions and can evaluate your weird looking moles on your face and legs.  They can let you know if the moles need to be biopsied to see what they are.

Not necessarily: A changing black mole can be a sign of cancer, called melanoma. So watch your mole for any change in size and color. If there is change, ask your doctor for a biopsy/removal of this mole.

mole on my face that was getting bigger was picked off. will they still be able to tell if it's cancer?

Mole: Tough question...If you still have the mole and it has not been too long, it might be able to be sent to the lab for analysis.  Additionally, a biopsy could be taken from the area where the mole was removed to analyze any remaining mole.  Otherwise, you and your doctor are left with watching the area.

Not likely: If it has been there and not changed for a long time, then it is very very unlikely to b anything to be concerned about. When moles change either in shape, size, color, or texture then there is concern for it transforming into a cancer and t should be checked out.
