Need more info: An ANA of 1:640 may mean several things, and occasionally may mean nothing. Why was the test ordered in the first place? Only after knowing your specific issues and the results of a physical exam can one make a decision if the ANA is important.

Not likely: It is unlikely that a high ANA level by itself increase you risk of cancer. However if you have autoimmune disease like sjrojens for example it does have a increase risk of lymphoma or a cancer if the blood and lymph nodes. That could give a high ANA level as well.

Over reaction.: If you had checked and tests are ok, you should not worry too much and should not be scared that you have cancer! back pain is one of the most common symptoms (usually nonspecific and related to aging). However, consult orthopedician-back pain expert-physiotherapist and exercise gradually but regularly. Continue follow up with your physician!

No, not likely: Your platelet count is a bit high. But you should get it rechecked before you get too concerned as the counts can fluctuate from one week to the other. We do not get too concerned unless your platelet count is over 500,000 and rising steadily.

Why cancer?: In a 19 year old, the most likely cause of tenderness in that area is Costochondritis. This condition occurs due to inflammation of rib cage cartilage between the ribs and sternum. Because costochondritis tends to manifest in the mid-chest area, near the sternum, you may experience pain under the left or right breast. Often goes away on its own. May apply ice or take ibuprofen if bothersome.

Unlikely: Did you have unintended weight loss. If you did not, do not worry about cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Possibly: Honestly, it would depend on the specific cancer and where and if it has spread to other sites.   For instance, melanoma would likely have a normal count but leukemia would not.

Accepted Answer

May/may not: In most cases of Cancer, blood counts remain unaffected and can be entirely normal until Cancer is far advanced and incurable. At that stage some degree of Anemia may develop but a CBC rarely helps to make a diagnosis of Cancer unless it is blood cancer.
