OTC Benzoyl Peroxide: Best is to avoid cosmetics, tartar control and cinnamon toothpastes, whitening stuff.  Antibiotic pills, and topical antibiotics for 8 weeks does the trick usually. Most likely have perioral dermatitis.

Stress plays a big role in triggering TMJ problems. Find activities to help reduce your stress level. See your dentist for more detailed help.

Multiple things: A good physical exam could probably rule this out better. A salivary stone, lymph node, cyst, etc are all possible.  It's good it's not an abscess, but a follow up with an ENT might be called for if it's not resolving.
