Protective secretion: Skin may become oily for a number of reasons. It has many small glands used to provide a thin covering of oil-like secretions often accumulated from proteins in the skin. This protects the skin from dehydration, bacteria and other elements. Depending on diet, health and genetics your skin may release more or less oil than the next person.

?inner ear: You could have benign positional vertigo, but your blood pressure might drop on standing.  See your doctor and get evaluated.  Testing of the inner ear may be helpful.

Low pressure headach: Would see neurologist to be checked if there is some reason that you might have a "low pressure" headache. This is the pressure of your spinal fluid not your blood pressure.

A few: Gonorrhea, chlamydia, and human papilloma virus (HPV) come to my mind. Chlamydia has been implicated in cardiovascular disease, HPV in throat cancer that is, they are long term consequences, if you want. Bottomline: You want to be sure who you are giving head.

Paresthesias: paresthesias are uncomfortable skin sensations. These are  more  often related to similar symptoms elsewhere. These are benign. You physician can evaluate you to see if there are  other  causes  such as neurological that  may be related to these symptoms.

: Chlamydia is essentially transmitted from an infected penis,vagina or rectum. It's less likely to be transmitted from the throat such as from mouth to the genitals. If you have concerns, get tested, however.

Orthostatic: This is termed orthostasis.  You should be checked out.  Drink plenty of fluids, hold blood pressure medications and see your doctor.
