: Everybody has pores on the face but some have enlarged bores. There are 3 major clinical causes of enlarged facial pores, namely high sebum excretion, decreased elasticity around pores, and increased hair follicle volume. In addition, chronic recurrent acne, sex hormones, and skin care regimen can affect pore size.

Blackhead?: The only thing more dangerous than self- diagnosis is ineffective self directed "treatment" based on an incorrect diagnosis. We're talking about your face. You don't want to create scar tissue. See a skin specialist now, a Dermatologist, for safe effective treatment.

Don't over cleanse: Don't over-cleanse your facial skin. Using soap too frequently will dry your skin and leave it vulnerable to other conditions. If necessary, use a gentle cleanser and moisturizers. Horizontal skin lines in the forehead are lines of expression and become more permanent as we age. Some use botulinum injections to slow the progression of those frown lines. Discuss these issues with a skin specialist.

Absolutely yes: Try to find oil free products and be certain to clean the products off thoroughly daily. Clogged pores is one huge case of adult acne.

Acne: You can keep clean and try to keep bacteria off the face with constant washing.  Try acne medications over the counter, and if they do not work seek medical help form a dermatologist, best wishes.

Heat rash: This could be due sweating but in an adult one possibility is pityrisporum folliculitis.  Try a wash with sal acid if this does not help try otc lotrimen cream.

No: Haven't heard of johnson & johnson baby wash clogging anybody's pores, regardless of whether a child or adult is using it.

Sebaceous cyst: This is a typical sebaceous cyst. It&#x27;s probably not infected now, and is harmless unless and until that happens. But it can be a pretty big deal if infection occurs. It can be treated with minor surgery to prevent recurrent accumulation, drainage, and infection -- probably by a dermatologist. Contact your doctor about a referral.

Skin care: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day &amp; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.
