No and No.: Both will make dandruff (technical name: seborrheic dermatitis) worse. Try an over-the-counter dandruff shampoo containing tar, salicylic acid, selenium sulfide, or zinc pyrithione, but keep it out of your eyes. If that doesn't work, a dermatologist can give you a prescription-strength shampoo and a lotion or foam.

Eustachian tube: Sound in ear when yawning/swallowing/chewing are due to a tiny tube that links your nose to your middle ear,and specifically partial blockage of the tube usually due to swelling or mucous.Putting oil into your ear will not help as this is outside the ear.Rather try a decongestant with steaming with hot water

Bathe less: Bathe or shower a maximum of once a day, use a mild soap, and apply a good emollient lotion after you get out, while you skin is still damp. That will do it.

It may not: Diet has little impact on acne. If it makes your facial hair nicer, I'll be surprised. If your acne flares, manage it with topical benzoyl peroxide or retinoic acid and if you need something more powerful, your physicain can help.

Old wive's tale: I am afraid that this is just a myth. Perhaps the massage effects on the scalp may be beneficial but I am not aware of any truth to this.

Diaper rash: You don't say how long this is going on, or what cream you are using..but whenever you have a diaper rash that got better and then got worse or one that is lasting a long time, you need to think that it is yeast.  Give your daughter's doctor a call in the morning.  In the meantime, I'd stop putting stuff on it and just let things "air dry" for a while.

i melted the bottle cap of an olive oil bottle trying to get the last drop of it... turns out the flame was on and melted the plastic. i didnt notice and continued to make my eggs. is it dangerous to eat melted plastic! im freaking out.  thx ?

Don't worry: Although not a good idea to eat plastic, it is pretty inert and should not have any adverse health effects.  I hope the eggs tasted good.
