: It’s unlikely the tingling represents permanent nerve damage, although it is very likely due to your chronic picking.  It is a nerve local flammation called neuropraxia, which will gradually resolve if left alone.  Once daily topical Cort-10 (0.1%) cream applied very lightly and only 5 out of 7 days a week may benefit.  See a dermatologist if not improving in 4-6 weeks.  And remember, DON’T PICK!

It depends: The pelvic area is from navel to upper thighs.  Are you saying lower abdomen or lower back/sacral area; deep or on the skin?  Contact dermatitis may be one cause due to detergent or fabric softener in your panties or some other chemicals in that area.  If it is not painful to press on lower belly, move the hips or lower back, bend or extend, then not likely internal or spine/joint related.

Vertigo: You possibly did have a "vestibular" or inner ear concussion, and this has resulted in the eye movements (nystagmus) and dizziness.
An otolaryngologist or a neurologist can help, and vestibular therapy with appropriate maneuvers can stabilize.  Stop alcohol completely at this time!
