I have thick callous skin under the tip of my nose that ive been picking for the longest. i think ive now caused nerve damage because the area wont stop tingling. did i causepermanent nerve harm? what can i do to stop the tingling sensation feel?

It’s unlikely the tingling represents permanent nerve damage, although it is very likely due to your chronic picking. It is a nerve local flammation called neuropraxia, which will gradually resolve if left alone. Once daily topical Cort-10 (0.1%) cream applied very lightly and only 5 out of 7 days a week may benefit. See a dermatologist if not improving in 4-6 weeks. And remember, DON’T PICK!
