Zzzquil is Diphenhydramine- not a sleeping medication.
Pregnancy is a major stressor affecting sleep.
Have Heart to Heart talk with your partner about your pregnancy, change in life style, happiness and sadness, worries and fear, and unresolved feelings.

Stop worrying: The amount of alcohol in a single dose of ZZZquil is unlikely to adversely affect your baby.   Just be more vigilant in the future, it is not the end of the world.   Now go to sleep.

It depends: It depends based on the test you use.  Most OTC urine pregnancy test manufacturer will note on the box or insert how many days after sex you can expect the test to be accurate. Different tests are different.  On average, it can be detected 10 days after a missed menstrual period.

If concern, consider taking a blood/serum HCG test which is more reliable from your doctor's office/lab.

Ascol: In animal studies of Asacol (mesalamine) and pregnancy, the medication did not cause problems in pregnant rats and rabbits. It should be remembered, however, that animals do not always respond to medicines in the same way as humans, the full risks of using Asacol (mesalamine) during pregnancy are not known.  Discuss this with your obstetrician.

Cough: Most cough cases are self limited and will improve on their own. Talk to your doc to see what he's comfortable with for cough. Robitussin and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as well as tessalon perles have been used to treat cough with no major issues. Dark honey has been recommended with one success. Rinsing nose with salt water is helpful for concomitant nasal drainage.
