+/-: Hydrochlorothiazide is considered to be probably safe for lactating women/babies. The safety of Furosemide is unknown. Perhaps some obs will also answer your question (i'm a cardiologist).

Depends on which one: Hydrochlorothiazide, triamterene, & Amiloride do not cause birth defects per some studies. Older studies raised concerns that thiazide diuretics might cause thrombocytopenia, but subsequent studies have shown that there is no decrease in platelets. Altho diuretics do affect the plasma volume expansion of normal pregnancy, this has not been correlated with a negative effect on fetal growth. [nih].

Dyspareunia: Means difficult or painful intercourse, can happen after giving birth, especially vaginal birth, or even without, can be superficial or deep, can be related to painful scar or to infection, at any rate you need to be examined, please see your doctor or gynecologist, goodluck

Breast fed babies: No, breast fed babies can have a stool with each feeding, once a day or can go as long as a week without stooling. This is all very normal for breast fed babies. In fact their stool is usually on the watery side.

i had to take azos sunday night, monday night, tuesday night, and this morning. (wednesday) but i have my baby friday morning at 7:30. will i be okay to breast feed him if i don't take anymore after today and drink plenty of water??

: If your urine is not dark any more then yes it is out of your system.

is oxy-powder safe to take while breastfeeding? i can not go to the bathroom. maybe 1x every 10 days. miralax/metamucil/fiber one nothing works. i dont eat trash and drink a liter of water a day. i am miserable?

: Please discuss this with your Gynecologist. There are also over the counter Dulcolax suppositories that might be helpful. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion.

Delayed dentition?: Teeth may come in as early as 6months, but its not uncommon to see this start as late as 12-14 months - be patient, discuss with you pediatrician; you may want to see a pediodontist for reassurance

Try natural first: Dandelion and nettle are supposed to be good natural diuretics, and should be OK while nursing. Cranberry juice would be safe and that is reputed to help. I have also read that watermelon and cucumbers help to encourage urination, so maybe try those.

Herbs not safe: I personally do not recommend Orc , herbs etc during pregnancy. Don't know how safe they are
