Only if continued: B6 is the only b vitamin known to be toxic, but one has to take at least 250 mg (and usually at least 500 mg) a day for several months before this occurs; the problem it causes is peripheral neuropathy and it is reversible after you stop it.

Maybe: Look at the components of the vitamin. If vitamin k is an ingredient, it may interfere with the effect of coumadin, (warfarin) in which case you would not want to start it untill you had discussed it with your doctor.

Should be safe: I think everyone should supplement with Vitamin C and most benefit from magnesium so magnesium ascorbate is a good form to take, whether you are on warfarin or not. While warfarin interacts with many nutrients and drugs it does not have any known  significant interactions with warfarin.

Varies: The dosing of warfarin is based in part on the degree of anticoagulation that is trying to be achieved, which is different for different conditions  warfarin is a blood thinner and the dosing is usually determined by measuring the prothrombin time and the inr to measure how thin the blood is becoming.
