: Hydroxyzine can interact with certain meds that prolong the QT interval on an EKG &amp; thus cause dangerous cardiac arrhythmias.  Although you take a relatively low dose of edible thc, it's still in your system for a few days. Especially if you have a prolonged QT interval on EKG or a family history of dangerous cardiac arrhythmias or sudden death, you're advised not to take hydroxyzine&amp; taking weed

: High bilirubin (hyperbilurinemia) alone isn't a known side effect of CBD &amp; related products. It is not rare to have mild hyperbilirubinemia sometimes when a comprehensive panel is done even it has been normal in the past. However, early biliary obstruction can give you that number but the other liver enzymes are still normal. Retesting total and direct bilirubin would be appropriate at your age.

: There is a scarcity of research on the subject. I would be leery of using any such products in immune mediated conditions &amp; the FDA issued a warning in 2019 about the potential for liver injury. In this case what we don't know may hurt you.

Brain: Despite being legal, it is not okay to take marijuana. It is a psychoactive drug that will mess with your brain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

is it safe to take a low dose thc edible while on paxlovid? i am also going through a gluten challenge for an endoscopy to test for celiac next month and my stomach and joint pain are awful. i often use edibles to soothe thai pain. thanks?

: There is no absolute contraindication. Ritonavir, one component of Paxlovid, can reduce the level of thc edibles which makes this supplement less effective for your pain.

i've been perscribed 100mg of hydroxyzine pamoate to help me sleep and 5mg of escitalopram for anxiety (they started me low to make sure i had no reaction). i know that's already risky. can i take ibuprofen for a headache, or is that a bad idea?

: Unless you're at high risk for gastrointestinal tract bleeding I don't anticipate taking ibuprofen at moderate dosage and with food to be a problem for you. Your pharmacist can validate this advice.

Does not cleanse: Green tea has many proven health benefits, but I do not know  of any evidence that it cleanses your body of THC. THC is a fat-soluble substance that stays in our bodies for weeks; I know of no substance or product that "cleanses" it.
