Supplements: Since the FDA doesn't investigate supplements, most physicians are reluctant to recommend them as they're unsure of efficacy, dosage and there are concerns about the presence of contaminants. Deficiency of vit b5 is quite unusual and I doubt that it's worthwhile taking it. Your pharmacist may have more information for you,however.

No: Ginko can interact with zoloft (sertraline) to cause a condition known as serotonin syndrome. This syndrome can cause rigidity, elevated pulse, hot flashes, and restlessness. This doesn't happen to everyone, but generally speaking the two substances should not be taken together.

Yes: I can not imagine how taking these together would cause blurry vision. It was almost certainly a coincidence. Try separately, then again together. If blurry vision happens again get checked by an optometrist or ophthalmologist.

It can help but i find lesser-known herbs like bacopa, vinpocetine & huperzine often help even more.
