: It should be fine, but please check with your Pharmacist. The exact preparation and dose should be provided. Maintain a bedtime routine including no electronic devices, TV one hour  prior to bedtime.

Doses?: Depends on the dose of Benadryl (diphenhydramine).  If you have insomnia, sleep hygiene is an often overlooked, yet more effective treatment, than medications.  In addition, the combination of medications could impair decision making, cause undesired drowsiness, and other side effects.  Speak with your doctor, before taking any combination of medications.  Do not drive/operate heavy machinery under their influence.

Yes: It is perfectly safe to take lysine with doxycycline. I also advise taking a quality probiotic such as culturelle ; sacchromyces boulardii (florastor), a probiotic yeast, to prevent intestinal and vaginal yeast infections and imbalances of intestinal flora.

can i take doxycycline for laryngitis?

Laryngitis: Laryngitis typically either viral or from post nasal drip from allergies or sinus infection, most of which are viral.  No antibiotic is helpful with a virus.  Doxy can be used for sinus infections of bacterial but not most MDs first choice.  Drink fluids, don't whisper, and try and rest voice.
