Any seed helps: Seeds are rich in unsaturated fats. Diets that contain a lot of  these fats tend to decrease bad LDL cholesterol and increase good HDL cholesterol. This would be true for diets that contain chia seeds as well as those that contain other forms of seeds or nuts or vegetable oils. Be aware that the magnitude of the change in cholesterol is not generally large and so medication may still be needed.

Take both: Chia seeds have more fiber. This is good but can also cause more bloating and gas which could be bad. Chia seeds are higher in omega 3s. I would alternate the two for the sake of variety !

Hard: Hard to be sure.  Any chemicals can potentially affect how the liver processes and metabolizes meds (can increase or decrease med levels). There are other possible mechanisms of interaction. I'm leery of unregulated,  unknown substances.  Being "natural" doesn't help.  Hemlock is natural.

Chia Seeds: Chia are seeds from salvia hispanca which grows in the desert. They can be a healthy snack as they contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein ; antioxidants. Chia have calcium, vitamin c, zinc, phosphorous, iron ; potassium.  I don't know of any reason that they would trigger a positive drug test.

: Unlikely. I do not know any reason for Chia seeds to result in a positive drug test. Make sure there are no poppy seeds in your lot of chia seeds.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Chia: Chia seeds are a good source of omega3 fatty acids and fiber.  This should be no problem with gastritis.  Not sure what you mean by digestion problems.  Chia should be beneficial with constipation and some forma of ibs.

Chia seeds: There have been reports of chia seeds when eaten in large quantities may cause &quot;blood thinning&quot; or increase bleeding risks. Eliquis may cause increase of bleeding risks. Thus, consume chia seeds in moderation and be on the lookout for any signs or symptoms of bleeding from Eliquis.

Chia Seeds: At this time the general recommendation is that Chia seeds not be consumed during pregnancy or lactation (due to lack of research)
