Vitamin D won't help: If you truly have hypothyroidism the treatment is to take thyroid hormone prescribed by a doctor who has reviewed your thyroid test results.  Vitamin d is not the treatment for thyroid problems.

Need to examine: There are no diets for hyperthyroidism, or a pancreas issue if you have any of these. You should see your doctor to ascertain if diagnostic testing is needed or referral to a specialist may be warranted.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Maybe, maybe not: It all depends on what is in the vitamins that you take. Anything can be bad for you if the dosage is too high, even things that we think of as natural, like vitamins. Some medications can also interact with vitamins. In particular, thyroid medications and blood thinners can interact with supplements.  If you take prescription medications, you could ask your prescribing doctor or your pharmacist.

Irregular periods: Not a whole lot.  I would have your FSH, LH, estradiol , TSH levels checked for starters.  Follow up with your GYN doctor as well for an exam

Ask your doctor: This is a very important question to ask your doctor, because different docs have slightly different ideas on this. Ideally, thyroid hormone should be taken on an empty stomach - at least 2 hours after and 1 hour before eating, and at least 1-2 hours away from any source of iron or calcium. That can be hard and cause ppl to miss pills.  Some docs are more flexible on these guidelines than others.

Any. MVT choice OTC.: Absent thyroid surgically or by other means like radioactive iodine therapy , is not affected by the choice of multivitamin. Thyroid is ahormone and when in less quantity you need supplements with thyroid preparation like synthroid/levoxyl , most of the sometime and armor thyroid in very few patients when T3 (liothyronine) is less , where as commonly T4 is less. Multivitamin choice doesn't affect thyroid function.

Vitamins: Vitamins will not benefit unless you are deficient in them. Most likely you are not if you are living in a developed country or unless  you had some intestinal surgeries like gastric bypass or if you suffering from diseases  like pernicious anemia or celiac disease. Calcium is no longer recommended as a supplement. Causes more kidney stones and coronary calcification.

Hello. : Hello. I am wondering if your hypothyroidism is being treated there are many general physicians who feel comfortable treating thyroid conditions. Internal medicine doctors and endocrinologists also take care of endocrine conditions.  Approaches are usually similar. 
 If you have a number of conditions, it may require require different supplements as well as medications. If your hypothyroidism is not being treated, i would ask your provider about this.

None unless deficien: Many studies have looked at whether there is overall benefit for people who take multivitamins and those who don't, and the answer is no benefit (but also mostly no harm).  The best treatment is a good diet with lots of vegetables and fruits.   If someone has a particular disease or condition in which they do not absorb nutrients normally, or eats a very restricted diet, then a multi-vit is useful
