Depends: Smoking pot is generally bad for the lungs - all smoke, regardless of the source, is bad for lungs. Mj has the same particulates and carcinogens as tobacco, just without nicotine or a filter, and is used less often. You could consider eating or drinking it if the medication is for your lungs. Other medicines also are affected by pot because pot revs up some of your liver's enzymes. Ask your doctor.

Yes : I am not going to judge whether smoking weed is ok or not but if smoking weeds makes you drowsy and you are taking a sedating antihistamine such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or atarax, the sedating effects may be additive. Antihistamines , especially the non-sedating ones, usually have a good safety profile.
