Low IgA and IgG: Sounds like a difficult situation, low levels of IgA and IgG can happen with bone marrow invasion. As well as low white blood cells. A very thorough evaluation as you have plan is very important depending on those results you can look at other causes.

Homogenous = normal: The term "homogenous" means something similar to consistent or equal. If there is homogenous uptake throughout the skeleton it means there are no abnormal areas of "high uptake" or "hot spots" such as bone cancers.
Therefore, homogenous uptake in the skeleton is considered normal. Still, have a discussion with the doctor who ordered the scan as they will have a better understanding of your case.

i had a bone scan yesterday but could only see the computer when they did my hands . both my wrists and knuckles where bright white . is this normal ?

Bone scan: Increased uptake in the hands is nonspecific.  If it is near the joints (knuckles) it is likely degenerative joint disease / arthritis.  If it is at the shaft of the bone it could be a fracture if there is a history of trauma.

Whats in lung stays in lung etc.  If primary out then tumor treatment defined as to markers with Her-2 response, ER, PR neg or pos.  If failed chemo then fresh bx for chemosensitization needed

Yes: Bone scan, injection of isotope usually tc99m mdp, detects abnormalities of bone metabolism, infection, fracture, some tumors, highly metabolic bone processes such as Paget's disease, bone infarction.Pet with f18 FDG injection detects changes in glucose metabolism i.e. Tumors and metastases.In general malignant tumors have high glucose metabolism. Fluorine 18 pet scan in some centers for imaging bone.
