It depends : On which sport and how much pressure you put on your abdomen, assuming you are talking about an inguinal hernia.  If it causes pain or discomfort, you should stop immediately.  Definitive cure is surgical repair, which you will need for sure sometime during your lifetime.  Better to get it done earlier than later, when hernia is larger and operation becomes more difficult.

Exertional force.: I some particular sports you tend to over exert yourself with force.  I done too hard your hernia can become incarcerated suddenly, leading to possible strangulation of the hernia, leading to emergent and often terrible consequences from this type of surgery.  Don't want your intestines to rupture within this hernia, which could happen with an incarceration which leads into a strangulation.

Stay with sport: It may get larger with time, but most likely not until your 70. Furthermore, activity won't influence that. I would forget about that diagnosis, and love your life normally, and without restriction. Hope this helps!

Depends: Which tendon it is and what's affected.  More information needed.  Ask your doctor to verify that it is a torn tendon and not a sprain.  Remember,  wounds need time to heal and whether it is a torn tendon or a laceration - takes time.

Caution is best: Our experience with professional sports injuries indicates a high incidence of post-traumatic encephalopathy due to repetitive head injuries.  At one point we were far more lenient, but the consensus suggests it is safer to wait up to 4-6 weeks after a significant concussion.

Adrenalin?: Adrenalin is ramped up during vigorous sporting activities, or simple high intensity exercise (cardio or weights). Also, there may be performance anxiety.  Other factors exist.  Muscle fatigue, ie Lactic Acid build up. These are most common.

Yes, get vaccination: If any thing it is safer after removal of spleen.  Consult your doctor to make sure you get appropriate vaccinations as a person wihtout a spleen is more susceptible to some infections, such as pneumococcoi.

Depends: You may not like your sports performance when hindered by a pinched nerve.
