Exertional force.: I some particular sports you tend to over exert yourself with force. I done too hard your hernia can become incarcerated suddenly, leading to possible strangulation of the hernia, leading to emergent and often terrible consequences from this type of surgery. Don't want your intestines to rupture within this hernia, which could happen with an incarceration which leads into a strangulation.
