In usual doses, yes: Ssri antidepressants such as Paxil (paroxetine) do not interact in a negative way with vitamins.

Yes, you can: Yes, you can take multivitamins and B12 while using paxil (paroxetine).  Consider using the methylcobalamin form of B12 (not the cyanocoboalamin form).  Sublingual may also give better absorption, if not receiving intramuscular shots in your doctor's office.

i'm weaning off of paxil (paroxetine) and was told b vitamin 100 complex would help. is that true?

Not really: If you are talking about coming off and experiencing discontinuation symptoms as a result, then you may want to go very slow, 5-10% every week, sometimes towards the end of the weaning off process, we use Prozac (fluoxetine) to help wean off, since the later has avery long half life and practically has no discontinuation syndrome

Noboby knows: Haven't heard of a problem, but nobody really knows. Paxil (paroxetine) is an fda approved drug; inositol is not. That means it is very unlikely that there are any good reliable studies of inositol in its various forms, different dosages, or its reactions with other meds. Because it is a "supplement", it's formulation, purity, effectiveness, or effects & side effects are not adequately studied in the research.

Possibly: Many of the b vitamins are necessary for proper nerve function.  It might be good insurance.  Vitamin b complex is relatively inexpensive.  The worst that can happen is that you make expensive urine.  Why not give it a try.

Help for memory: There aren't necessarily vitamins with proven direct effects on memory, but the B-complex vitamins support brain/nervous system health. A healthy diet in general supports brain health as well (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts/seeds). Fish oil or flaxseed oil is anti-inflammatory in nature and has been considered to have benefits to physical and mental health.

i began taking clonazepam, biotin, paxil, (paroxetine) vitamin d all at the same time for diff reasons w dr knowing. which is likely to cause unwanted hair growth?

None likely but...: None of those are "likely" to cause unwanted hair growth but this is a reported infrequent side effect of Paxil (paroxetine) and is also a reported side effect of  Clonazepam. Biotin and Vit D should not cause this.

Paxil/Klonopin: Some sedation can occur from both Paxil (paroxetine) & klonopin, depending on the dose, otherwise seem ok. Double check with your doctor.

is it safe to take vitamin b, d and c supplements while taking paxil (paroxetine) 20mg daily. diazepam 15mg daily and cocodamal 8x30mg for arthritis in foot?

Yes: These vitamin supplements will be fine with your medications -- but take care with paxil, (paroxetine) valium, and cocodamol (contains codeine).  These 3 all have sedating properties and could make you very drowsy.
