Sedation increases: Taking librium &amp; marijuana will create more sedation (i.e. make the user more sleepy) and lethargy.  Clearly a bad combination of drugs if you are looking to do anything that requires concentration and attention such as driving a car, taking an exam, making a landmark decision on the bench of the Supreme Court, or trying to do a lumbar puncture on a patient at 3am in an emergency room.

Not recommended: Try to find cause for your headaches by staying with only what your doctor prescribed. Tell doc if Naproxen is helping or not. If you add marijuana or any other med/substance/alcohol etc, you confuse the effect of Naproxen on your headache. Also smoking itself may trigger headaches. Take care of your health. Steroids and Zoster: Shingles is caused by the Varicella Zoster Virus. Defense against any viral infection depends on a healthy, intact immune system to rid the body of the infection. Shingles is no exception, and I have personally seen it be so severe in people without normal immune systems. Prednisone weakens precisely the part of the immune system that protects against viruses. Taking it can make shingles worse.

Maybe: Discussing the merits of medical marijuana, or the unfounded claims on which today's cannabis laws were based, isn't possible here. If you must do something to make yourself silly or relieve the tedium of life, you're much better off doing this than getting blotto/mean drunk, or using some of the very-dangerous stuff like heroin or cocaine or meth.
