If you had a laparoscopy at the same time, then you would know. Alternatively, you could have a hysterosalpingogram that looks at both the uterine cavity and the fallopian tubes.

Also, are you tracking ovulation or did you just miss your period. In this instance your best asking this to the GYN that did your surgery.
