Yes...but: At a listed age of 18, if you have never cycled ever, you need to have a complete evaluation. There some who are just late, but there are also a rare few that have congenital defects in their internal structures where they don't have a uterus. If all the plumbing and structures are there they can induce a cycle with hormones, but would also want to discover why you didn't  start to begin with.

my daughter is 16 and got her first period on september 2019. this year she had her period only on january 13/01-19/01/23, which means that have passed 7 months. she has not had sexual intercourse and is not taking any medication. is it worrying?

:  There are problems and there are solutions. While periods can be irregular i adolescence- this set of symptoms requires a GYn exam and evaluation to find cause . I think she should be OK once cause is found and treated. good luckl

i've been having irregular periods since the onset of my first period (menarche) since 2013. i've taken tests and taken medications for but it's still irregular. what should i do? and just today i noticed a little tear around my clitoris, it hurts?

: You should see Gyn at an academic center for cause. Re tare keep area clean and use a otc antibiotic ointment till it heals. Good luck

: Information is incomplete for an accurate answer, but after pregnancy with miscarriage, ovulation may be delayed somewhat, but since "emergency contraception" ("Plan B") is not 100% against pregnancy, and ovulation will occur prior to your next period, pregnancy is possible.  If symtoms appear, or your period is significantly delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain.

Regular periods ?: The best way to make certain about having regular periods is to start low dose oral contraceptives, if there are no contraindications ( history of blood clots, etc.).  Taking the bcp's on time (within the hour of taking the previous night's pill) will ensure you are not pregnant, even if your bleeding is very slight.

: You did not provide your stature but your Body Mass Index at 40Kg is likely in the lowest percentile. Poor body mass can lead the body to be in starvation mode, stopping menses as well as other changes. I would seek out a doctor and find out why you have lost weight and whether this endangers your life.
