No: The Nexplanon is very reliable and the risk of failure and pregnancy is extremely low. You do not need to use Plan B. Condoms should only be used to decrease the risk of STDs and are not necessary if you are sure that you are both STD free. Hope this helps.

i have had the nexplanon implant for over a year now. the first year my period stopped for 10 months. now, my period comes some months and not others. my husband and i have sex (no condom), but he pulls out. could i be pregnant?

: "The most common side effect of NEXPLANON is a change in your normal menstrual bleeding pattern. In studies, one out of ten women stopped using the implant because of an unfavorable change in their bleeding pattern. The time between periods may vary, and in between periods you may also have spotting".
Contraception with Nexplanon is quite effective so conception is unlikely by your description.

Irregular bleeding: Irregular bleeding is not uncommon with Implannon use ...no worry for pregnancy .. take 1000 mg calcium + vit D FOR NEXT 2 - 3 DAYS BLEEDING SHOULD SUBSIDE.j

Grinding?: I am not sure what your question is: the grinding itself if clothed- no issuue: if naked and secretings. possibly. Probably a good time to think about both birth control and condoms ( a must)

Yes, but unlikely: An ejaculation is usually needed to create a baby... and that can happen easily.  Thus, a man having unprotected sex should be ready for a pregnancy and a new baby.  That means he and his wife should get everything else in life ready for a potential baby in the home.

Probably normal: If you are due for your period then it is normal. If you are bleeding every time you have sex and your period is not due then you should see your doctor for an exam to see why  you bleed.

Not pregnant: If there was no penetration during foreplay or ejaculation then pregnancy should be impossible. Sperm have no other way of attaching to an egg then the vagina and cervical openings.

Yest infection ??: If you are not circumcised, males can harbor yeast organisms under the foreskin and transmit this to their partners.  It may also just be coincidental, or the treatment for the last one did not completely remove the yeast (fungus).
