Probably not: Most women don't have long-term effects on their fertility from past abortions.  Surgical abortion (d&c), tissue left behind after an abortion, or infection after abortion can cause scar tissue inside the uterus (asherman's syndrome), but this is rare. Get checked out if you try to have kids without success in the future, but don't worry about it if you haven't started trying yet.

Maybe, maybe not: This really depends on the type of termination and the reaction of your body to the procedure. I am aware of one industrialized country i traveled to years ago that use terminations as their main form of birth control, even after the pill was readily available. Your boyfriend may not be ready for parenthood and you are.  You may be faced with the fact that you will be having a baby without his support or presence.

No good answer: This is one of those awful decisions nobody wants to make, and there are a lot of personal beliefs involved. A couple things to think about before you decide. 1. The tests aren't always right. Sometimes ones for down's syndrome or spinal cord defects aren't accurate, or the ultrasound showed something that wasn't there. 2. The range of the disability is vast, could be life threatening, maybe not.
