how can i encourage milk for breastfeeding? i am afraid that i may not produce milk after i give birth. im already 33 weeks. what can you suggest?

Have patience: The body will naturally start to produce milk when the time is ready and you give birth.  Just keep eating a healthy diet when pregnant and your body should naturally take over and do the rest.  Best wishes and congratulations on your pregnancy.

You never know.: With pregnancy, you can never be sure.  A positive FFN test doesn't necessarily mean you will deliver early but this along with it being your 6th pregnancy and your other symptoms makes it pretty likely you will deliver early, quite likely before your due date.  But you really never know.  Good luck.
