Likely, no: A week or 2 before your period is a little early to get pre-menstrual symptoms. It's normal on the birth control pill to get some pre-menstrual symptoms, around the last week of the pill pack.  There may be another reason for your symptoms.  Or maybe you just started the pill?  Sometimes when a woman just starts birth control pill there can be these side effects. Typically wears off 2-3months.

Common: When a woman takes 2 (or more) bcp packs back to back it is common to have some spotting, called break through bleeding.   Some women can have odd symptoms such as bloating or cramping.  It is fine to finish this pack, have a period and go back to taking the bcp the usual way.

No reason: to think that you are pregnant if you are taking the bcp as directed. The cramps could come from many different things including the hormones from the pills themselves.

Maybe normal: Pms can be divided into physical symptoms, like you described, and emotional symptoms (moody, anxious).  The physical symptoms are directly related to the actual bleeding process, and i would even expect them with a pill "period", especially if it's heavy. Mood symptoms may be worse with a "natural" cycle. Ask your gyn to help you find a pill that makes your periods lighter, or less frequent.

Not late: One day is not late especially if on birth control. If tylenol (acetaminophen) is not releaving your headaches you should see a primary care doctor. Ibuprofen is a common medication for menstrual cramps.

Maybe: Missing a pill or throwing it up can cause breakthrough bleeding or spotting like you are having. But if you continue taking the pill then the period should still come on time.

See answer: Nitrofurantion taken for 5-7 days usually a good antibiotic for a simple bladder infection but not a good choice if kidney infection is suspected (fever, chills, flank pain, nausea, feeling sick).  Your symptoms of brownish vaginal discharge and dull backache (if low), suggest a gynecological origin unrelated to your UTI (pending or abnormal period, vaginitis, etc). If persists/worsens, call md.

Varies : Some some will have irregular bleeding but normally just have your period at the usual time.
