No risk: HSV (either HSV1 or 2) requires more intimate exposure than this. Usually the virus must be massaged into exposed tissues. That's why initial herpes usually involves sites that get the most friction during sex -- vaginal opening and labia minora in women, penis head and shaft in men -- not scrotum, labia majora, etc. Hand-genital contact is no risk; not enough virus is carried over. i kept pushing my penis toward my gf vagina under sea water, there was no ejaculation, just pre-ejaculation, i was naked and she was wearing panties (not swim suit), is there any way that the sea water can help the semen get inside her vagina ?

: Pregnancy is not possible in above circumstances, fabric acts as mechanical protection. Contraception remains otherwise key in avoiding undesired pregnancy and associated anxiety and when intercourse is likely to occur.

If sperm in vagina: Anyone having intercourse without birth control or condoms is at risk of getting pregnant. If sperm is deposited in the vagina then pregnancy is possible.

i was fooling around with my girl friend at one point she bent and i came from behind. i put my penis on her anus but no penetration occured and then i ejaculated on her anus. what is the chance that the semen drips down to her vagina making her preg?

Pregnancy unlikely: Women have more than one hole, but sperm must enter the correct hole in order to swim to the egg and create a pregnancy. Any activities in the wrong hole do not lead to pregnancy (unless other activities happen "in the heat of the moment"). If worried that something went into the right (the correct) hole, one can do a urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after the activity.

: Not in this scenario. Hep B virus would be dead by that time.

Depends on variables: If the hand carries sperm to the vagina there is the possibility of a pregnancy. It is muck less likely than with intercourse, and will not occur if the sperm are dried out or otherwise made inactive prior to contact.

Unlikely but ...: Very unlikely but not impossible. Usually the semen must be delivered to the upper vagina to have a chance at gaining access to the cervix. It is not impossible of course but relatively unlikely. Using the morning after pill may give you more reassurance, nonetheless.

Very low risk: For pregnancy to occur the semen has to travel up the vaginal canal through the cervix and past the uterus. A slight amount of semen on the outside of the genitals without penetration is unlikely to cause pregnancy. Take precautions and use a condom for future sexual episodes.

STD transmission: Gonorrhea like many other STD's can be transmitted in just such a fashion as you described. A MD can test you for Gonorrhea and other STD's by making a visit.

It is possible: SidG,  It is possible to get pregnant from penile / vaginal contact, even without penetration.  The risks are less, but still possible.  I would recommend always using a condom.  Thank you.
