Molluscum contagiosu: Am not aware of a serologic test for this poxvirus infection. Diagnosis is made on clinical appearance; the virus isn't routinely cultured,. Diagnosis can be confirmed by excisional biopsy. If you were exposed 4 wks ago the probability is that the lesions would have appeared by now if you were infected.
