It's possible.: hepatitis B virus is spread through bodily fluid contact, so this is possible, if you have not had a complete series of hepatitis B vaccines, or if you are not immune from previous exposure. If in doubt, get checked out.  Good luck.

: Both of these infections are transmitted through blood. What you described will not cause transmission, unless the previous user of the cup had Hep B and/or Hep C and left blood on the cup.

Herpes can be: Herpes is highly transmissible. If someone has a cold sore (herpes simplex type 1 usually) and they kiss someone, this infection can be transmitted. Hepatitis c virus cannot be transmitted by kissing. It is not even transmitted via heterosexual intercourse in most circumstances. Small amounts of blood transmit hcv.

No: HIV and Hep C are spread through blood and blood products.  It is not likely that you would acquire these infections by wiping your face on your shirt that has become wet by someone's urine

: Viral hepatitis occurs rarely if ever from sharing cigarettes, drinking glasses, or other utensil; and rarely from being served food by an infected person. Hepatitis A is an exception, but the hepatitis A virus is not carried long term, so it is unlikely this the type of hepatitis this person has. Whether or not someone has HIV makes no difference in the chance of hepatitis virus transmission.

Hepatitis B risks: Hep B is very infectious. It's transmitted thru breaks in the skin or mucus membranes (nose, mouth, etc) by:
■ Sexual contact with an infected person
■ Direct contact with infected blood, even tiny amounts
■ Sharing items, like toothbrushes, razors, syringes... 
■ Direct contact with open sores of an infected person
■ At birth if the mother is infected.
It's not thought to pass thru saliva-kissing

Not a problem: Hepatitis a is spread through feces. The other types of hepatitis are spread through blood to blood contact. Saliva can certainly spread other diseases and shouldn't be coming in contact with food that people are preparing or serving.
