Fungal allergy: rather, not infection, sensitization to aspergillus isn&#x27;t uncommon and causes upper and lower airways disease. Proximal bronchiectasis can be found in a syndrome called Allergic Bronchodilators Pulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA), however what&#x27;s against this in your case is the relatively low total IgE.Need to see an allergist / pulmonologist for proper management, ESR isn&#x27;t that concerning, best wishe

See pediatrician: Abnormality in the nails are not necessarily caused by a  fungal infection. It's not that common in little kids. Have them see their doctor so he/she can determine what it is and recommend the correct treatment

Pills or creams: Oral antifungals work best. Creams and lacquers do not work very well.

See your doctor: In order to know more about why you and your husband have had difficulty getting pregnant, you need to have an evaluation by your ob/gyn doctor.  There are many causes of difficulty getting pregnant and these need to be looked into before a cause can be determined.  Good luck to you.

Examine: Frequently skin problems can appear similar to  each other.  Your son needs to be examined to ensure there is not a psoriasis or eczema problem.

Bleaching cream: Most bleaching creams contain hydroquinone. This medication shuts down the melanocytes, the cells that make pigment. This product can be irritating, especially in those with sensitive skin. When irritation occurs, darkening can occur, but more typically redness and scaling occurs. 
Some patients get a parodoxical reaction in which the skin gets darker and not lighter, but this is uncommon.

Yes: See a podiatrist. Oral medication really help with foot fungus. Topical meds help as well but if the nails are infected then you will need something more than topicals.
