I would think this : Could be a problem.  People who are being treated for chlamydia are instructed not to be sexually active for seven days. During this period, chlamydia could still be transmitted back & forth.

Chlamydia: Possible but very unlikely.  This disease is almost entirely transmitted by direct person to person contact.  Saliva is a potential source, but the question is how you get another persons saliva into yourself?

Transmission: From what I have read, chlamydia is not spread through saliva. It can be transmitted via vaginal, anal ; oral sex  but would not be spread by kissing (lips).

me and my boyfriend got tested for herpes (i & ii) and it was negative. he recently got a pimple on his lip, it looks like his acne on face i recently had chlamydia but got it treated. his face is really sensitive. should i get retested?

Depends: There are two titers for HSV1
IgM is for early contact
IgG will show if you have or had it.
IgM over time turns into IgG  If you really need to know you must get retested.

Avoid kissing a lesion on anyone lips. HSV1 is common and usually transmitted this way.

Did he get treated for Chlamydia? He needs to get treated as well or you are just going to be passing it back and forth. Use a condom.

this is my 7th day after taking azithromycin for chlamydia and i recieved head. will i be at risk of gettin reinfected?

Yes and no: Although the Azithromycin will take care of the current chlamydia infection, you can get re-infected if you continue to have unprotected intercourse with a partner who is still infected. Your partner(s) should be evaluated and treated if necessary. Besides abstinence, condom use is the only form of contraception that prevents sexually transmitted diseases. Oral sex is lower risk sex, low is not no.

Probably not: It is not possible to tell if they have  chlamydia from looking at them; however, oral sex is a relatively low risk activity for contracting any std other than herpes (oral sex is high risk for contracting herpes if either person has the virus).  Safer sex would involve using a condom or dental dam as a barrier for even oral sex.

Chlamydia: Oral transmission of Chlamydia may produce sore throat, cough and fever. Without seeing the lesions you are trying to describe there is no way in which to exclude this diagnosis, but it would not be the usual way in which it presents. What I would recommend is that if you are concerned about this that you get checked for other STDs as well, particularly HIV and syphilis. Good luck and stay safe.

Safest to get Rx: Chlamydia is uncommonly transmitted by oral sex, and doesn't cause sores, bumps, or anything else on the tongue. Still, to be 100% safe, you should get preventive treatment against chlamydia, probably with a single dose of azithromycin. And everyone your age should have vaginal or urine testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea from time to time. Regardless of this exposure, this is your time! See MD.

i had unprotected sex & gave head to guy with chlamydia, day before i went on antibiotics i had a deep makeout with another.  did i give him chlamydia too? i'm worried :(

Well....: Luckily chlamydia trachomatis isn't transmitted well to the throat like gonorrhea often is thru unprotected oral sex.  You probably didn't, but if this is someone you care about or even just like and respect, it would be wise to be honest.  Also probably time to use condoms more regularly even for head as chlamydia can cause you permanent fertility issues and pain.
