Get care, GUM clinic: Unusual to get chlamydia with a condom, but possible if any contact like partial penetration before condom was placed. Maybe infected from a previous event; it can take weeks or months before symptoms. Epididymitis unlikely if no severe pain &amp; enlargement of only 1 testicle; discomfort or mild pain don't count. For any suspected STD, HIV test is advisable. Expert care at your local NHS GUM clinic.

Spit in the face: Well, thank you for using that condom! I'd never spit in the face of good sense. However, keep in mind that stuff can leak around the other end-- but for your partner to get it that way is probably a long shot.As for you,if you are still being treated as directed then those secretions have been treated as well.Let's hope you're taking the right antibiotic; like, is it just  Chlamydia down there???

Question unclear: You cannot reinfect yourself if you have been effectively treated, and if you are wearing a condom it is unlikely that you will become infected from your partner.

Possible: As long as your partner was also treated you should be fine. However,condoms decrease but don't eliminate the risk of STD's. If your partner was not treated,you could have been reinfected.
