No, it is pretty saf: I do not know of any serious harm from neurobion. But i doubt that it will do you any good. So stay away from such unproven medicines. There is no medical condition called low BP in a otherwise healthy person.

A Cause: Anemia can be without symptoms, or you can have symptoms such as fatigue or rapid heart rate.  Certainly heavy bleeding with blood clots can cause anemia.  Check in with your doctor to see if this is the case.  You could need iron supplementation.
