Different reasosn: The "scanty fluid in endometrium" makes sense right after an abortion, the ovarian cysts may or may not be due to having been pregnant but having nothing at all to do with the abortion, if your uterus is bulky it has been bulky for some years, that didn't just happen. Cysts are common.: It is normal for ovaries to change in size from month to month and to develop cysts or follicles. The cyst that develops during pregnancy is called a corpus luteum and it shrinks over time. You may see your doctor for another ultrasound if you want to prove to yourself that it has gone away.

What is the Question: Cancer of the ovary is rare in people under 40 years of age. Cysts of Ovary are common. Find out the size of this 'cyst" and see  if it is growing in size. A repeat ultrasound of the Pelvis is a good test to check the size/changes in the cyst. Most cysts under 5 Cm are benign. I hope this is what you wanted to find out about?
