Still safe.: Tattoos are no less safe with a cavernous hemangioma.  On the other hand, i don't recommend tattoos; there is a very real disease risk and do you really want that tattoo when you're 70?  Tattoos fade and smudge to the point that "mom" becomes "&@%.".

Spider Angioma: You should probably get it lasered instead if you are concerned about a scar.  The laser is less likely to produce a scar than cutting the angioma.

Probably not much: If you have a small angioma that is not connected to larger underlying vein trouble that also needs to be treated, then treatment should be quick, easy, and not very costly.

Acetominophen/narcot: If you are worried about bleeding, you should avoid Aspirin and all of the 'nsaids' - ie, aleve, (naproxen) motrin, etc. About the only otc pain reliever than will not increase bleeding risk is acetaminophen. Narcotics also do not cause bleeding, but these are rarely needed, .

Many people never experience symptoms from a cavernous angioma and may never even know they have one.   They do have a tendency to bleed and depending on the location and size, they can  cause seizures or other neurologic symptoms.

Tiny tuft of veins: Tiny venous capillary with thread veins leading away from a central dot.  Best treated with a non-ablative, vascular lasers -visible or invisible light energy which is absorbed preferentially by the hemoglobin in the red blood cells traveling in the capillaries.
Sa's are basically spot-welded shut by the laser energy (may take several lower energy treatments to fix without causing a scar).
