Headaches: Headaches and the other symptoms you describe need a full consult with an MD. Have you had a EKG, ECHOcardiogram, Holter monitor, CBC? What is your diet like? Do you have a history of smoking? What is your weight &amp; diet like: depending on answers it can be due to as simple as a diet/nutrition issue to cancer (which is unlikely if all of the above are normal or negative). See your MD: Please visit your MD for a history and physical. Laxative use should be directed by a physician and stool softener a are safer to use. Ensure proper nutrition to stay healthy and give your body the ability to fight infection. MD will diagnose the sore on your chin and evaluate your conditions. Good luck.

It happens: This sounds like heat related illness but much less than true heat stroke or prostration. Most recover in a few days. In the future remember to fluid load before the outing and eat on schedule. Check with your doc if problems persist.

Probably migraine: Frequently brain freeze occurs in migraine patients, and sometimes the migraines themselves give this feeling. If you have been getting headaches for a while, this is almost certainly the cause, particularly if otherwise normal. You may have some medication overuse/rebound headache as well from taking many otc pain meds. A headache neurologist should be able to help you with the appropriate meds.

Sadly sounds: Very common these days.  Stress is a major factor caused by a host of reasons.  If you are one of the fortunate few who is not stressed, then i would consult with a physician for a check up to make sure that everything is okay.

Depends: Could be jaw or dental related. Tmj joint could be out of kilter, aggravated by chewy foods. Headache tends to along side of jaw and head. Put fingers on ears and open wide. If you hear clicks or feel irregular movement or crunchyness in ears it is further confirmation. C md for evaluation. May need dds or ENT for this. Could be other.C m d.

Stop: Extreme fads and go back and eat normally. Do not fall for advertisements by quakes. Fruits and vegetables are good to have but in normal proportions in any diet. Eat healthy and excercise, do not smoke, and drink and no drugs.

Sick: Your child may be incubating a virus. Push fluids so she doesn't dehydrate and let her rest as needed.
