Elbow nodes R palp: To see Lymph nodes in chest may require CT scan.  I know not what you are worried about if aches are minor, you have not expressed reason for this fear. Please give more information as to your concern &amp; repeat question.

It depends on size: Unless these nodes are large(more than 2cm) you do not need to worry. But many diseases affect lymph nodes. Some of the considerations include infections(tb, sarcoid, fungal infections), lymph gland cancers like lymphomas or cancer spread from the lungs or elsewhere in the body. But i would not worry unless they are large enough as the radiologists often over read them anytime they are &gt;0.5cm.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

: I doubt that you can feel lymph nodes "inside" your chest. I would show what ever it is that is causing concern who can examine you and them.

Get an exam: Please go to a Family Doctor's office or clinic for an exam as soon as possible. Although your condition could be  benign if it is something more serious like cancer the cure rate is very good with early diagnosis and treatment. After a complete history and physical exam more studies may be indicated.

Lung tumor: Chest or mediastinal lymph nodes associated with a lesion in the lung most often represent metastasis from  a lung primary.  This can further be defined by mediastinoscopy and lymph node biopsy or if in the proper position, thoracoscopy removing the lung nodule.  A PET/CAT before any procedure will tell whether the nodes are malignant as whether the lung lesion is malignant.

Probably not: Many young people have enlarged nodes visible on x-ray and unless they are so big that they suggest serious pathology, we never look for the cause. Look for some other explanation for your chest and back pain.

: These were zero risk exposures for HIV, and it is impossible to have HIV symptoms with negative HIV test results. Move on without worry. Your symptoms do not sound worrisome, but see a doctor if they continue and are bothersome.

Lymphadenopathy: This depends upon where the nodes are located. If they are superficial, in the axillae or the supraclavicular area they are easily palpated, but nodes in the mediastinum must be detected using imaging studies.
