inguinal hernia which is a weakness in the supporting tissues and muscles near the pelvis is another possibility
an ovarian problem can give similar symptom but less likely

Folliculitis: Recurrent pimples, boils in groin, buttocks areas may be folliculitis or a related condition call hidradenitis suppurativa.  You may need oral antibiotics to control it.  Please see your doctor to be evaluated.  It can worsen or even lead to scarring if untreated.

Well....: Technically, i guess it's ok but everyone around you would appreciate it if you bathe more often. Not washing your hair will cause your acne to get worse. It will also make you more likely to get fungal skin infections.
