Yes: Of course you can. Pen vk is best absorbed when taken on an empty stomach so take it 1 hour before or 2 hours after you eat your pizza.

Good question: Penicillin nowadays is synthetically made.  Foods like Brie and blue cheese utilize bacteria to make them what they are.
If you are concerned see an allergist for further blood testing of allergies by lab tests of your blood.

There are many...: ...Many, many kinds of mold.  You will have a reaction if you allergic to penicillin and you eat the type of mold that makes penicillin (penicillium).  Penicillium species are found all over the world, and are sometimes involved in food spoilage, so there is a chance that mold growing on berries could be of the penicillium variety.  I advise not eating moldy fruit.

Not the same: The color of bleu cheese is not produced by penicillium, although imagine that if it sat around long enuf and became contaminated this could grow on it.

Typically : Typically it is recommended that you take antibiotics after eating.  Taking the medication on an empty stomach is an invitation to an upset stomach especially if it mixes with the acid in your stomach.  Try eating something a half hour prior to taking the medication.  If this continues discuss it with your dentist to see if they can change to another antibiotic.

Are you taking pain medications at the same time?  If so that is an additional reason that you are experiencing GI upset.

One additional note, this is probably not an allergy as is typically thought by patients.

No: Most mold on bread is rhizopus, not penicillium, and would not cause a reaction in those with allergy to the drug penicillin. There have been a few penicillium molds producing penicillin found in some sausages and cheeses, but generally, there probably is not enough penicillin to cause a reaction, since this is almost never seen. The usda recommends that moldy breads be discarded for everyone.

i have a real bad tooth ache and i can see my flesh coming out of my tooth. the pain will not stop. i now have penicillin, ibuprofren. i cannot eat, think, sleep or anything for four days. can i take a ciprofloxacin with penicillin?

: You need to see a dentist for an extraction ASAP. The tooth appears to be infected and hopelessly decayed. Penicillin is the antibiotic of choice to control the infection, not remedy the problem. All the pills in the world will not prevent a visit to a local dentist. Call now and feel better soon.

Allergy: allergic reaction to penicillin which is usually Ig E mediated is different from the drug reaction that may progress to erythrma multifirnae major

Should be fine: Penicillin was traditionally isolated from specific molds, but the concentration is very low.  I am unaware of this ever being a problem, even in the case of severe allergy.
